Inside mums wardrobe- Culottes

Looking through the fabric box I found what I thought to be a big sheet of cream fabric; perfect for my pillow in textiles. A bit later I realised it wasn't just a sheet of fabric, it was some kind of skirt, trouser thing that my mum had made. She later informed me that they were called culottes and when she had made them in 1989, they were in fashion. Fashion really confuses me, what had gone on; I could fit 5 of me in one leg. But I couldn't resist to try it on and surprisingly it fit, so I got my brother to take some pictures, for you all to laugh at. X

Flowers keep on appearing everywhere, making this horrible world look pretty and colourful- that is what I love about spring. Last week when I was in France I just had to take these pictures because the flowers looked so vibrant and cute. That was all I really wanted to say so... X

Style magazine

Thank you everyone so much for the comments, they never fail to put smiles on my face!

Today was yet another day of glorious sunshine; after being stuck inside tiding my room, I managed to find a spare moment to go outside and read Style magazine. It's a supplement in the Sunday times which my parents buy and I read it every week. Not just because of the fact I don't have to pay for it; it also has some pretty interesting content. It has great interviews, useful style advise and a hilarious section at the back called Mrs Mills. It is in fact the only magazine that I read with out a doubt every time it comes out. I mean I often read Vogue and Elle but they're both nearly £4 and are full of adverts; over-rated in my opinion. However they are both full of amazing pictures which I like to cut out. I also love my trashy magazines like more and heat; look is good too. Although they get a bit repetitive but at £1.50 you can't really complain. In the end though, I just turn back to my faithful old Style magazine. X

The Sun has got its hat on

After trying on the same pair of brogues 3 times, I finally bought them, but they aren't just plain ones, they have the most adorable floral pattern on. I wanted to give them a bit of a worn look, so I went on a walk to my friends house with Sophie. The weather was amazing so when we got there we did a bit of sunbathing on her trampoline and after that a bit of chess. Which I haven't played in years and well, obviously I won. I hope the weather stays like this because that will mean it will be one hot summer, however my PE teacher did tell us it was going to snow next week? X

Brown brogues

Tonight I am going shopping to the Trafford centre and am looking forward to it. I haven't been in a while and I'm missing the shops (I know quite sad). On my shopping list is a pair of brown brogues, not sure where from but office always has good pairs. I recently found this website called looklet and decided to make a couple of outfits, all with some brown brogues. X

Today the Clothes Horse did a post called 'baby I'm a star', it included the most amazing white star print dress. It inspired me to take my star print dress out of the wardrobe where it has been hiding for far too long and actually wear it. Then I took some pictures... X

Nice is nice

I am back, after 4 gorgeous days of sun, tomatoes and baguettes. I took lots of pictures and have tryed to pick the best, but that failed; so now I'm going to post them all with a commentary. Warning- There are a lot of pointless pictures here that have nothing to do with fashion.

We went on this train around all the sights in Nice, eventually it took us to this castle which was on a hill and gave us a magnificant view of the city.

On the second day we went to the beautiful town of Antibes, which had an antique market going on it was adorable.

On the way back from Antibes there was little room on the train, so I sat in a luggage space.

On the third day we visited Monaco, this picture is of the Casino Monte-Carlo.

We visited an aquarium and so I took some pictures of fish.
